Margaret’s

primary focus is to support women in their journey through transition and life shifts.

When Transitions or Life Shifts happen, and you know they will, does it take you by surprise, was it something you knew was coming and thought you were prepared for it, and yet, here we are!

A job lay off happened and you didn’t get outplacement services (resume & job search help), what do you do? Or are you in a situation of needing a Toxic Relationship Reset – there is no reason to do this by yourself.

So you planned your retirement . . . financially, but forgot to plan your life – oops! Or perhaps you’re in your 50s, 60s, or 70s with an empty nest or nearing retirement, so what’s next? Do you just wing it?

With expertise Life Shifts Coaching, Career Transition, Relationship Reset, and Retirement Coaching, Margaret will work together with you to reassess, plan, recreate and transform your next chapter.

Through modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping) and other transformative processes, she helps her clients shed limiting beliefs, conquer stress, anxiety, fears, and boost their self-esteem. Her ultimate goal? To empower women to:
* Own their power
* Believe in themselves again
* Rediscover their authentic selves
* Own their voice with confidence

Margaret firmly believes that every woman deserves to live in peace, harmony, and joy-filled life.

Her dedication to helping others is further underscored by her active role as a speaker with keynote presentations based on her forthcoming book on “Stepping into Your Freedom – a Journey of Healing from Toxic Relationships,” and “The Chatter that Matters.”

“Working with Margaret I uncovered inconsistencies that kept me from performing at my best which created daily stress. I learned to not beat myself up and most importantly, forgive myself. I gave birth to a new me!   –   Roseann Monteleone

“I came into the coaching session knowing that my life needed to change but not knowing how to go about achieving that goal.  Through Margaret’s expertise, she opened my eyes and guided me down a new path in my life.  I appreciate her approach, her methods, and the way in which I learned so much more about myself and how I was limiting my life. I was not living, I was fearing.
