Just a reminder – YOU can choose the thoughts you want to think. Pay attention to the random thoughts that pop into your head – those that bring you down, undermine you – change them into a believable affirmation that you can repeat each time it shows up.
Such as:
– “I’ll never amount to anything” change to: “Look how far I’ve come and what good things I have accomplished.”
– “I’m so stupid” when making a mistake, change to: “That was a stupid thing to do!”
– “I’m fat and ugly” change to: “I am beautiful inside and out.”
Say these affirmations often throughout the day – look at yourself in the mirror and say them with conviction. You will be amazed at how well things will change and improve.
