This happened to me – after having been married to an extremely successful man, I realized 10 years post divorce that I was still carrying around very similar emotions:

just to name a few. I had gone through therapy and counseling which helped a lot, but I still experienced those emotions / feelings I just mentioned. Once I had the realization I quickly started doing research – found healers, read books, took courses and finally regained my “Real You”! It took me years, but I did it!
I realize there may be other women who are still experiencing the fallout from having been married to or having a narcissist in their lives. That is why this program is so important!
I am on a mission to help these women heal, regain their power, rediscover the “Real You,” and experience freedom. So they call heal in months what it took me years to accomplish!
Many women have told me of their experience of the emotional, verbal and financial abuse these narcissists inflict on them. Perhaps even like me, not realizing it was really happening, perhaps just part of being married to one or perhaps “that’s the way all fathers are.”
Programs are 3-Months
Individual – 3-1.25 hour meetings each month via Zoom
Group are limited to 5 participants in each group – 3-1.50 hour meetings each month via Zoom – the October programs end mid-December:
-Tuesday, October 5th from 6:00-7:30pm edt
-Friday, October 15 from 1:30-3:00pm edt
