Holiday Recovery Helpline

I know holiday gatherings can be challenging, even traumatizing for some people. That’s why I’m hosting two live sessions on December 26th to help you after Christmas. This is a safe space for you to pop-in for a few minutes to share, learn, and start feeling better.

Who might want to join me? Anyone who has dealt with the family drama, overeaten and feeling sluggish or guilty, feeling alone or left out. Don’t stay in the pain by yourself.

Choose the time frame that works best for you, join either session for a short while to get help (you don’t need to stay the whole time): December 26th –

  • Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon Eastern
  • Afternoon Session: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM Eastern
